YAKUZA: New Song Available For Free Download

April 8, 2010

Avant-garde progressive experimental metal band YAKUZA will release its new album, "Of Seismic Consequence", on June 8 via Profound Lore Records. The CD was recorded at Semaphore Recording Studios in Chicago, Illinois with producer Sanford Parker (PELICAN, MINSK).

A track from the forthcoming CD, "Stones And Bones", is available for free download at Stereogum.com.

YAKUZA's last album, "Transmutations", was released in August 2007 through Prosthetic Records.

In other news, YAKUZA has postponed its previously announced spring European tour due to "scheduling conflicts, routing issues and cancellations. "

Says the band, "Disappointing yes but these things happen. Already gearing up to make a fall run happen."

YAKUZA will still perform in Tilburg, Holland on Saturday, April 17 at the Roadburn festival.
